Hi-Purit™ Amino 40–75 µm Flash Cartridges are solid-phase extraction (SPE) or flash chromatography cartridges that are functionalized with aminopropyl groups (NH₂). These cartridges are used in purification and separation applications, especially in organic synthesis, natural product isolation, and laboratory-scale compound purification.
Main Uses of Hi-Purit™ Amino Flash Cartridges:
1. Normal Phase Chromatography
Aminopropyl (NH₂) groups make the cartridge behave like a polar stationary phase.
Used for separating polar compounds from nonpolar matrices.
Ideal for compounds that are not retained well on silica or require selectivity based on polar interactions.
2. Purification of Acidic Compounds
