Hi-Purit™ C8 SPE Cartridges are Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) tools that use C8 (octyl) bonded silica as the stationary phase. These cartridges are used in sample preparation, particularly for cleaning up, concentrating, and fractionating analytes before analysis by chromatography or other methods.
Primary Uses of Hi-Purit™ C8 SPE Cartridges:
1. Extraction of Moderately Non-Polar Compounds
The C8 phase provides moderate hydrophobic interactions, making it ideal for analytes that are too non-polar for C18 or too polar for C4.
